Ride Allegheny Points of Interest and Trivia
Day 1 & 2 General Notes: The Allegheny (Indian for Beautiful Stream) Passage over the centuries has been heavily traveled by Native Americans, early colonists and of course the Railroads. This portion of the trail was also the site of much French and Indian War activity and the Whiskey Rebellion (both included George Washington’s involvement.) This region was also known as part the Ohio Valley. (All stated distances are approximations…)
To obtain the group rates, reservations need to be made by September 1, 2015.
